Journal of Information and Communication Technology (JICT) is abstracted and indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) in November 2017 and Scopus since 2011. It is a double-blind peer reviewed, international academic journal published quarterly (January, April, July and October) by Universiti Utara Malaysia.This journal covers all aspects of information and communication technology, its theories and applications. The aim of this journal is to provide coverage of the most significant research and development in the area of information and communication technology. To be accepted, a paper must be judged to be truly out standing in its field and to be of interest to a wide audience. We are particularly interested in work at the boundaries, both the boundaries of subdisciplines of information and communication technology and the boundaries between information and communication technology and other fields. Malaysian Journal of Learning and Instruction (MJLI) is abstracted in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) since 2016 and Scopus 2012. It is a double-blind peer reviewed, international academic journal published biannually (January and July) by Universiti Utara Malaysia. The aims of the journal are to communicate research and stimulate discussion, study and critique of teaching and learning, and to encourage scholarly writing on learning and instruction. Coverage of MJLI includes, but is not limited to critical examination of ecosystems and issues surrounding the processes of meaningful teaching and learning and better educational practices. These could be addressed at micro level (e.g., innovative modes of delivery, instructional design and technology, learning engagement, instructional settings) or at macro level (e.g., motivation, engaging curriculum, impact of socio-psychological and cultural factors on learning). We welcome original empirical research articles with novel perspectives and/or methodological approaches that would appeal to an international readership. We do not accept unsolicited conceptual and theoretical papers. MJLI supports open access. The electronic full text version of the journal is available free of charge.
The UUM Journal of Legal Studies (UUM JLS) was founded in 2010. It is a refereed annual law journal published by the Universiti Utara Malaysia Press. It is a peer-reviewed Journal, providing up-to-date, academic, authoritative and critical analysis of current legal issues in Malaysia and across the globe. The Journal accepts and publishes comparative, jurisprudential, international, and interdisciplinary materials relevant to law. Submissions to the Journal are selected for publication on the basis of a double blind peer-review mechanism conducted through an internal and external Article review Board consisting of academics and experts in the field.

Practitioner Research is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal that features the work of practitioner researchers across disciplines and levels, largely from social sciences, for example, education, counseling, accounting, management, business, computing, history, and law. Journal of Computational Innovation and Analytics (JCIA) is an initiative of the School of Quantitative Science (SQS), Universiti Utara Malaysia to further promote high-impact scholarly articles among the professionals globally. The meaning of each word from the JCIA title is as follows:
· Computational: Involving the calculation of answers, amounts, results, etc.
· Innovation: The development of new products, designs, or ideas.
· Analytics: A process in which a computer examines information using mathematical methods in order to find useful patterns.
JCIA is an international free open access journal of double-blind techniques that aims to publish original papers every 6 months (January and July) in the form of concepts, research results, as well as case studies, related to ideas, consulting activities, designs, and new products, as well as quantitative methods for identifying useful patterns in the applications of mathematics, computational mathematics and statistics. JCIA in particular will build its identity by focusing on innovative aspects and computational - based analytical methods. In particular, JCIA is designed to focus on the publication of papers in fields which are still new and even rapidly growing and are currently focusing on innovation in the production of mathematical methods to identify useful patterns in pure mathematics, computational mathematics, pure statistics, applied mathematics and statistics, probability and uncertainty, as well as computer science applications.
