About the Journal

The Malaysian Journal of Islamic Development (MyJID), published by the Unit for Islamic Studies and Philosophy (UPIF), School of Languages, Civilizations and Philosophy (SLCP), addresses issues of development management and social science from an Islamic perspective within Malaysian and international contexts across both academic and industry settings.

MyJID invites submissions from scholars, researchers, postgraduate students, and practitioners worldwide. Manuscripts may be submitted in Malay or English and should present original, high-quality research, knowledge, or critical reflection relevant to the journal’s thematic focus.

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Each manuscript is evaluated by two reviewers appointed by the editorial board according to their relevant disciplinary expertise.

MyJID is published annually in July. The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript processing or publication.
