Aims and Scope

MJoAL is a peer-reviewed journal and it focuses on areas of Applied Linguistics, English Language Studies, European Language Studies and Asian Language Studies. Since Applied Linguistics is an interdisciplinary and problem-solving discipline, the scope of the journal covers current issues and empirical studies in the following areas:

i. Language use in contexts
ii. Language-related problems
iii. Language acquisition
iv. Multilingualism
v. Issues in phonetics, phonology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse,
language planning, language assessment and others.
