Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan dengan tujuan untuk menilai dan mengenal pasti kecekapan penggunaan sumber oleh Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) ke atas sepuluh kawasan pengagihan elektrik di Selangor. Berdasarkan kepada datauntuk tiga input dan dua output bagi tahun 2002, model CCR yangberorientasikan input digunakan dan mendapati 4 daripada 10 kawasanpengagihan elektrik di Selangor didapati cekap. Bagi setiap kawasanpengagihan yang tidak cekap, model ini mengenal pasti sumber dan tingkatketidakcekapan bagi setiap input dan output. Satu set sasaran bagi setiapinput dan output ditentukan bagi 6 kawasan pengagihan yang tidak cekap.Dengan menggunakan purata magnitud bagi setiap input, keputusanmenunjukkan bahawa perbelanjaan operasi dan penyelenggaraan merupakaninput yang paling penting (61.86%), diikuti dengan perbelanjaan ke atasgaji pekerja (23.80%) dan perbelanjaan ke atas peralatan utama (14.34%).
