About the Journal

Introduction

Formerly known as International Postgraduate Business Journal (IPBJ) - (ISSN Online 2180-2416)

UUM Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (UUM OYAGSB) was established as part of the university's keen effort to continuously provide innovative and effective business management related education. With the tag line "Cultivating Perspectives. Sharing Solutions. Building the Future", UUM OYAGSB aims to produce future business leaders with broad international scope, excellent decision making abilities and capable of executing changes for the betterment of business, society, and environment.

Global Business Management Review is an online, open access, biannual double peer-reviewed, international journal which publishes case studies and research works, that are innovative, conceptual, hypothetical and theoretical in its nature that provides an investigative acumens in the field of business. The case and papers are expected to provide vital insights on innovative concepts and issues that could lead to tough understanding and analysis of the key concerns which are part of the business.

The scope of the journal covers global issues in the areas of business management which include Leadership Innovation and Change, Consumer and Market Analysis, Financial Analysis and Policy, Sustainability and Community Development and Business Information System, Planning and Management. We expect articles, case studies, commentaries, research papers and white papers from CEOs, Corporate leaders, Research Scholars, Academicians, Students Community and all other Business Stakeholders.

Open Access Policy

Global Business Management Review (GBMR) is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

Archiving Policy

This journal subscribes LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archival system based at Stanford University Libraries, United Kingdom, through PKP Private LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Network program.
