Abstrak

This article examines Vietnam’s strategic approach to managing global dynamics, focusing on organisational adaptation and strategic management amid complex technological, geopolitical, and environmental challenges. Applying complexity theory, landscape genetics, and strategic improvisation, this study provides insights into Vietnam’s responses to geopolitical conflicts, climate change impacts, and cybersecurity threats. It highlights Vietnam’s strategies in environmental conservation, such as combating sea level rise, and the role of technological integration, including artificial intelligence and digital transformation, in enhancing national resilience. Vietnam’s partnerships in maritime security, especially concerning the South China Sea, illustrate its adaptive capabilities in securing territorial and economic interests. Additionally, this paper emphasises the significance of corporate entrepreneurship and talent management in fostering innovation and resilience. The findings underscore the necessity for flexible, collaborative strategies for sustainable development and national security, positioning Vietnam as a resilient actor within the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Nam Van Lai, University of Finance – Marketing

    Nam Van Lai, with over twenty-three (23) years of experience in teaching, research, and academic service, he is a senior lecturer in Philosophy and the Head of the Faculty of Political Theory at the University of Finance – Marketing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He obtained his Ph.D. in Philosophy from VNU Ho Chi Minh City - University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2019. His professional focus is on philosophy, cultural studies, political sciences.

  • Chung Quang Le, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education

    Chung Quang Le is a lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and Law at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education. He holds a Master’s degree in the History of the Communist Party of Vietnam from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, HCMC). His research interests focus on political science, ethical education, and environmental protection, and he has led several research projects at the University level. Chung has published articles in international journals such as Revista on line de Política e Gestão Educacional and has contributed to books on philosophy.

  • Quyet Thi Nguyen, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education

    Quyet Thi Nguyen, with over twenty-one (21) years of experience in teaching, research, and academic service, she is an Associate Professor in Philosophy at the HCMC University of Technology and Education in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She serves on a number of Statutory committees and has initiated and facilitated the development of a number of graduate and undergraduate academic programs. Nguyen holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the VNU Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her professional focus is on philosophy, education, cultural studies, human management, urban studies, Vietnamese studies, and religious studies.
