Journal Policy

EDITORIAL POLICY
Articles submitted to the JICT should not be under consideration by any other journal, and the letter accompanying the submission of the paper should contain a clear statement to this effect. The Editors reserve the right to edit/format the accepted manuscript to maintain a consistent style. All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism using Turnitin before they undergo the peer-review process.
 
ARTICLE-PROCESSING CHARGES
From 1st January 2023, all new submissions will be subjected to an article processing charge (APC) that is compulsory and not refundable. Authors must pay APC upon the acceptance of the paper for publication. There is no submission fee.
International Author - USD 300
Malaysian Authors - MYR 1,000
UUM Authors - Exempted

JICT is an open-access journal. All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY) that permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided that the authors, citation details and publisher are clearly identified. For any reuse or distribution, make clear that the article is made available under a Creative Commons Attribution license. 
  
OPEN-ACCESS JOURNAL
JICT is an open-access journal; therefore, all content is freely available without charge to the readers or his/her institution. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
